Your Mission:
- Find a paid employee of any age (it may be a member of your family or a friend) who is willing to be interviewed about Occupational Health and Safety at their workplace.
- Ask the questions and write their answers in the space provided.
- Remember the information is personal, so do not reveal the name of the person interviewed or the workplace.
- You can use a separate sheet of paper if necessary.
